1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KMLtoSHP conversion tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

KMLtoSHP provides an online automated tool for converting KML/KMZ geographic data formats to ESRI Shapefile format. The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for informational and professional use.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload files containing viruses, malware, or malicious code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of our Service.
  • Automate usage of the Service (crawling/scraping) without our explicit API permission.

4. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of the files you upload. You retain all rights to your data. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process, convert, and store the file solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONVERSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR THAT THE RESULTING FILES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC SOFTWARE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KMLtoSHP or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to verify and update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
